Geezer Goals

We really don't have any goals.  During the period from February 8, 2004 through January 29, 2005 and on through May 29, 2005, we went from winning the 22nd Battle of the Jug Bands to playing on Garrison Keillor's Prairie Home Companion, to winning the Duluth Battle of the Jug Bands.  What more could we expect?  We've gotten fairly far on dumb luck alone, so our primary goal is to keep having fun.

Of course, we could say that we hoped the Geezers would have an active performing schedule and huge amounts of filthy lucre.  (For you young folks, "lucre" is Latin for "money."  Latin is a dead language, which used to be spoken in Ancient Rome, now only known to ancients like us.)

But that would imply ambition far beyond our capacity.
