Good site for general theory exploration, not just related to guitar.  Uses the piano as the instrument of choice to demonstrate ideas.  Very effective and well-designed.

Roger McGuinn's Folk Den
Roger is a founding member of the legendary folk-rock band, the Byrds.  The Folk Den is a site he uses to post public domain folk music he has re-recorded and gives away, together with lyrics and a history of many of the tunes.

Richie Havens' Guitar Method
Richie Havens has for almost 40 years performed remarkable music.  His guitar style is as unusual as you'll ever see.  On this page of his official site, much of the mystery is revealed.
